Jaden Amelia Brooks has seen the future since she was really little. The one person that knew has been dead for a few years, but she can still hear him say "Your gift is special. You're meant for great things". She's not sure if meeting the dark, sexy vampire warrior Derek was the "great thing" she was needed for, but whatever the reason, they were thrown together and a whole new world is opened for her. Suddenly vampires and demons do exist and they are in a battle of strengths. Jaden as a 'normal human' can't help at all and must be sent home, but does having the ability to see the future make her a necessity? Is she worth the risk of exposure to keep her from the hands of the demon king who will do anything to get his hands on her? Will Derek realize she's his one true mate or will he follow orders and leave her to live her human life?
