Penelope isn't the most normal girl in the world. Of course, being a computer hacker at the age of 17 wouldn't immediately make someone stand out. But going to a therapeutic prep school and suffering a mental condition...yeah, that might make you stand out a bit more. And Penelope's condition....it's nothing like the manic depression and bulimia found elsewhere. But when a serial killer strikes, she is perfectly equipped to take him down. After all, who better to take out a sociopathic serial killer, than another sociopath.
