Dreams. Who said they were beautiful? Money. Who said that it wasn't important? Music. Who knew it could be my everything? Love. Does it really exist? Fate. Why play with me this way? Fire. Why does it have to be so beautiful as love yet cause as much pain as a heartbreak? Life. Who said that life was pretty, yet who said it was ugly? Someone save me. Please. Before I go insane.

'Marriage' The word itself makes me want to run away. It is an ultimate societal expectation, a commitment for lifetime. But for me, it's a suffocating institution, stifling individuality, and freedom. Two people bound together by law and expectations, lose themselves and their identity in the process. Though, I have no past related to this, I have seen plenty of people extinguishing their dreams just to settle into a marriage. Isn't is weird? Marriages and the concept of love terrified me, until I met her. Her eyes, sparkling like diamonds, and her single smile could illuminate my thousand darknesses. With her, time lost it's meaning.
