After 16 year old Alisha Collins is accused of murdering her mother, the government decides instead of sentencing Alisha to the death penalty they are going to send her to a camp where juvenile delinquents are pushed to their limits both physically and mentally. If you can't handle the pressure the leaders will punish you whatever way they see fit.
