A new world was forming right before our eyes. A world filled with werewolves, but still very little humans existed. Like in every world there is a leader, someone to keep the peace in the kingdom and someone to rule. He is the Alpha King. The humans that still were left feared him. Way back when in the old days the Alpha decided that every year males and females would be qualified to participate in, what he called, the Mating Games. The humans feared this because every year your eldest daughter, if chosen would be in the games. But the twist to thisis if you had another daughter two to three years younger that the eldest she would also qualify for the games. And the worst part about this is even if you tried to run, their was no place hide. For they would always find you.

The life of an alpha's daughter is easy- stay quiet, follow orders and pop out a few puppies when you meet your mate to continue the bloodline. I'd never liked easy. My father, Alpha Alexandros Knight is the greatest alpha in centuries- he was great because he put the pack above all else, even his only child. He expected the utmost obedience from every member of his pack- too bad I'd never been one to follow the rules. When he tries to decide my fate it doesn't go to plan... for him at least, and he discovers that although it may be a man's world, I'm not the average she- wolf and he'll never hold me down. *Book two of The Mate series. No you don't have to read the previous book.* Cover by @Ashihara.
