Ok, so I know that there are a lot of these books out there on Wattpad. The reason I decided to write this book was because I found it hard to find actual guidelines on the internet for this kind of stuff. So I put together what I learned from many authors so this is basically a rant/rule book for the way I would qualify as good writing.

The Worst Story Ever (Wattpad Cliches)

But, I'm sure that I'm not the only one who searches for hours upon hours (okay, ten minutes) searching for that perfect non-cliche book. This is for all aspiring writers who want to know the don'ts (just the don'ts) of writing a wattpad book, and also for anyone who loves it when other people are made fun of. Fall in love with Lana as she stumbles through life as a clueless naive 17-year-old supermodel. Actually, don't fall in love with her. My awkward rants about the cliche books on Wattpad. (The title kind of says it all, but I don't like seeing a blank Description box) I hope you enjoy my apparent ability to make people laugh. Warning: these are my spur-of-the-moment thoughts. Some stuff may or may not come across as being extremely critical or harsh, but I assure you, I'm NOT trying to tell you to do a complete 180 and delete everything cliche in your books. Let's face it. The majority of stories on Wattpad are the same and it's not just the plots but practically everything. The same characters, the same tragic backgrounds, the same openings, the same ways of describing things, the same plots- everything. Here I'll name some things I've seen in most of the stories on here so maybe your story won't end up a clone of endless clones. Prisimpad: A Guide to Wattpad, Writing, and Whatever
I will no longer be updating this guide. I'm leaving it up in case it will continue to be helpful to anyone in the future. People have asked me writing tips, Wattpad tips, and whatever. This is some of that advice I give them. Keep in mind most of this is my opinion in addition to things other people have taught me to do and not to do.
