Harry Potter won the war. Voldemort's dead. Nothing could bother Hermione anymore. Right?
Wrong.
Hermione Granger has to live alone in an old apartment near the train station, barely paying the rent by working at Flourish and Blotts. Two weeks after the war ended, an old lady who lives in Godric's Hollow claimed that she found both Ron and Harry's dead bodies on her doorstep the other day and disappeared when she checked again.
Where they are now, she doesn't know.
Hermione - along with Draco Malfoy - then found a note inside the book that brings back so many memories: Hogwarts: A History.
When she doesn't do as it says, the person who wrote the note sets a curse upon her and Draco.
The Ministry insisted that it is necessary for all students to redo a year, including the seventh years.
The bad news was enough to bring Hermione down, enough to change Hermione completely. School without her best friends? Impossible.
