It's hard; being the second option, being the one left unnoticed. It's hard when you have no choice but to be with them, not because you want to, but because you need to be a friend to them.

But do you know what's the hardest?
It's that heavy pang to your chest everytime you see them together. And even though you have been pinning for that one person since forever, you just have to see him in the hold of someone else; wishing that you will be the one who will satisfy his heart instead.
