Brathwaite Academy was a prestigious boarding school, set in the English country. With a student body five thousand strong, it was a competitive community, know for it's open rankings of students. Those who ranked highly academically, dominated and the same names appeared yearly on the "Top 100". Only the top 10 per cent of students were ranked, yet this would determine the school's social structure. Those who placed highly, ruled.

Samantha Hart has what she considers to be a superpower, the ability to go completely unnoticed by everyone. It's not hard to be forgotten in the large boarding school and Sam is comfortable with her anonymity, a quiet achiever who walks amongst the shadows.

That is, until this year's Top 100 is released

Sam had never strived to be anywhere on the list so when her name appears in the second place, everyone wants to know who she is and how she got into the 'Top 100".

But things aren't as they seem this year. There's more to this list than meets the eye and with fire in her gut, Sam won't go down without a fight. Even if her partner in crime is arrogant, egocentric William Anderson.
