Maya Johnson, a senior at Stratford High, can't wait to leave her home city and move on to better and bigger things. She struggles with the break up with her boyfriend of two years, Luke and trying to figure out what to do after high school. In the midst of all this, she eventually finds love, again, with an unlikely stranger. Justin, a troubled teenage boy, who lost his grandparents and himself, tries to find his former self which also is a great struggle.
