Welcome to Evergreen
During winter break, a retreat welcomes 20 students from a nearby city school into Evergreen, a small friendly mountain town known for it's scenic views and cozy inns sought after for the vacation vibe. Welcomed to take part in a retreat promoting mindfulness and self-growth, the students on this trip find this as the opportunity to do everything but that. On a hike, a group of students wander out to a nearby grotto where they discover a plethora of flowers. Entranced by their beauty, they decide to take some back with them. Within hours of this event, one of their chaperones falls ill. She becomes extremely irritable and erratic with everyone she encounters in town. Soon enough, other townspeople begin to fall ill with similar symptoms and this sends a wave of panic over the town and its inhabitants. The local sheriff decides to place a quarantine on the town to avoid new people from becoming affected and preventing those who are ill from leaving and possibly spreading the mysterious malady. It seems no one from the outside world is aware of what is happening and because people are succumbing to this mysterious ailment, there is no one making it down the mountain safe enough to reach someone for help. In the news, a huge storm is forecasted, thus the kids must decide whether to forge their potential fate or take the trip down.

Never let go... [EDGE OF WINTER FAN FICTION] ~book 1~
~Book 1~ ❄️not 100% like the movie. I'm gonna be adding my own reasons why Elliot and their mom aren't together. ❄️ Elizabeth (Ella) Oakley is a 15 almost 16 year old girl with a bunch of secrets. She is also Caleb's "sister". Since Bradly is an ass towards both Ella and Caleb they decided to join forces and stick together. Bradley (Brad) is 16 and also has secrets. He doesn't have friends and is kinda shy. He has a hatred in his heart towards the world and no one knows why. Caleb is 14. He is like Ella's brother. They sick up for each other and do fun things together. He loves his dad and doesn't see the wrong in most things. One day Caleb tells Ella that Bradley and him are going on a trip with their dad and that she should go. She said yes, of course. Little did she know, what started out the shooting lessons in the middle of the woods would turn into their worst nightmare. Bradley has to reveal some secrets along with Ella and he has to start using his brotherly love and instinct to survive. What happens when Ella discover the biggest secret the boys have. And her life is put on the line ___________________________________________ "I don't hate you," he says getting up," I never have!" "What do you mean. I thought- you just treat me like shit," I tell and walk up to the window "I-I'm just...forget it," he says plopping backdown on the bed "What is it," I ask walking up to him "I can't tell you," he says shaking "Why not," I sit next to him He looks at me and says, "Because. He'll hurt you." ___________________________________________ 🚨 I wrote this story YEARS ago, so it is a bit cringey. ⚠️ WARNING⚠️ : Cussing, mental and physical abuse.Complete

Last edited April '23 ------ Shifters had ruled the good and the bad of Nina's life, well mostly the bad. The only good shifter she knew was her father. Even then she couldn't count on him to tell her the truth. The only thing Nina could count on was herself. Her logic, her control, and her sound mind... which she can count on around Todd. They made life easy. All Todd wants out of life was a mate that followed the textbook. Though no rule book could prepare him for Nina. Will Nina discover that Todd is someone she could count on? or will Todd discover that some mates aren't worth ignoring the manual for?Complete
