16 year old Summer Truman has had her life tossed and turned. She's been bullied at every single school she's been to. Her mother was killed in a fire when Summer was 6. And her father committed suicide when she was 10. Her parents always thought of her as a mistake...so has her older brother Austin so when her parents were gone Austin abandoned her when she was 14. She now lives in a group home in a small town in Virginia. She's going to a high school where she has no friends except one. Her name is Tyler Greyman. Tyler is one of the most popular girls in SouthWest High. Out of the blue one day Tyler gives her a ticket to an event called Magcon. Summer has no idea who these people are and what they do but she's too interested to wonder about anything. Once Summer researches into it more she sees a guy who makes her feel something she's never felt before. Will this event change Summers life or will it make it worse?
