Kefira Collins was one of the 100 who gets sent to the ground but she little did she now what's that her older brother would be there and old cell mate Octavia Blake. Not knowing what to expect when she's down there she is excited but also frightened for what is to come.
While kefira is down there she decides to become alittle more adventurous, an dangerous, all in all a badass...she doesn't want to be pushed around anymore in here life. Little did she now that being on the ground wasn't gonna be all butterfly's and rainbows..(it's gonna be glowing BLUE butterfly's and toxic storms) (srry couldn't help myself anyway) She learns that the earth is very different from what she expected.. With death, new friendships, reunited siblings and enemy love.... Kefira doesn't now what's gonna happen next!!

With the idea of freedom, Hailey knows that she is never safe and that if weaknesses are shown, someone will use them against her. Will she be able to overcome her emotional and mental walls, even if it means that she'd be vulnerable? Being on the ground will change Hailey in ways that the people on the ark would never expect.
