Locked out of Heaven

Ever since Carl was a kid he always caused trouble. He'd start fights, end relationships, lie, cheat, and even made a person commit suicide over online bulling. One day he was driving in really heavy rain and couldn't see where he was going. The next thing he knew he hit a brick wall. He was standing at the gates of heaven when all the sudden the shut and he couldn't get in. Then he heard a voice say, " you are locked out of heaven to get in you must fix all your sins within 72 hours goodbye and good luck" Will Carl fix all his sins or will he be banished to hell forever?
