Lives of billions are at stake for the whole world is in war, you could only be so lucky to live in an underground bunker city ran by the government, only the richest of the rich could be given a chance to live in one. Only 10% of it are of the public and the other 90% is of military soldiers, scientists and other governmental employees.
In this world, there lives a secret revolutionary organisation that consists of special class investigator assassins hired to investigate corrupted governments plans and take them down before they can even start up construction.
