Lifter

A lifter. In every city there are those who either can't find any other way to make money or put food on their tables. The ones who fight every day and generally are very good about staying undetected. A true story of something seemingly predestined occurs in a random general shop isle. A bittersweet life lesson.

This story actually happened, and while I will be telling their story, I will be withholding the real names of those involved. Please enjoy this slice of life.
