Grasping for Hope

Cynthia Rawlings, a seventeen year old girl who has gone through many life changing experiences finds herself in a new place. Her serial killer dad has taken her to a new place. She is puzzled on how she arrives there and asks herself how she ended up this way. Cynthia narrates the story of her life from moving to a new place ,where it all began to her last heart beat she'll be able to have. She goes on a tough journey in life having to mature and adjust to her new environment quickly, make new friends, try to fit in, keep her grades up, falling in love with two boys, figuring out what her Dad wants with her Mom and what causes him to be this way and lastly having to learn to love herself.
