Love comes from the most unexpected places, the most unexpected times, with the most unexpected people, leaving unexpected outcomes, and honestly, isn't that what makes life worth living?
I'm Aria Jensen. A seventeen year old directioner. My dad left me and my mom when I was 12 to move to the UK for his job. No reason. No explanation. Just left leaving us to wake up to the divorce papers on the table. I hadn't seen him in 5 years, so when he called and asked me to stay with him in the UK for the summer, my answer was a straight up, "No". But after a bit of convincing from my best friend, Samantha Collins, and some pushing from my mom, I finally agreed.
Under a few conditions.
Sam had to come. There was no question about it. I was not going to go through a boring summer with my dad without my best friend experiencing the pain with me. And, since my dad was a doctor, and didn't exactly have a small paycheck, I wanted One Direction concert tickets for the both of us. It wasn't that I was mad at my dad. I wasn't. I know how my mom gets, and his job was the perfect way out. It was the fact that I was scared of entering a new world of possibilities.
Boy was I naïve.
I had no idea that during that summer, some of the biggest changes were about to happen to me.
I would have never thought that I would get to meet the five most famous boy band members in the world.. BEFORE the concert.
This opened up new experiences, love, and heartbreak.
I used to think that you could have full control of what to expect in the future.
Little did I know...
When I was younger, I adored singing for my mother and stepdad, and nothing could bring me down. I saw my dad from time to time, but after the 'gift' he gave me on my 4th birthday, a gift that will never fade with age, I never saw him again. Not until my world came caving in, turning me over to his custody and a life completely devoid of happiness and love. I never performed publicly again, becoming the school freak. But when he showed up, everything changed. Maybe even for the better this time. Maybe...somebody could finally save me from my shadow...
What happens to 16 year old Olivia Moore when the unexpected come crashing down on her once again? Will things get better, or will it all get even worse? Find out in Saved Me From My Shadow!!

I own all ideas within this story, minus a few ways that songs were brought into the mix(you'll know it when you see it). If you know who the idea is from, make sure to check them out because if I added it in they were probably a really good writer.
