Aliza Ackerman wants to start Freshman year as a whole new person. She wants people to forget her past and start over. However, its not as easy as she thinks it is. She is only moving up one grade and going to a different school. It does not mean that the people from her past are going anywhere. They know her and are going to make it impossible for her to survive her first year. Aliza knows she shouldn't care about the opinions of others, but it is impossible for her to not to. Definitely not when there are people whispering just a few seats away. Despite these issues, Aliza is about to take a leap of faith and start her new life.
