Tessa is a fangirl. Yup, the 'F' word. The type of girl no one wants to date, the one who's reading in the corridors. She had two friends- her equally unpopular "girl" friend, Lia and her gay guy friend Kai. Boys aren't into her. They don't understand her obsession with Jace Herondale or Katniss Everdeen. Frankly Tessa Brand doesn't care. She's too busy shipping fictional characters to worry about her love life.
Well that was before Oliver.
Oliver is anything like your typical sixteen year old guy. He is of a rare species- the Fanboys. He's the guy that would rather be in bed watching 'American Horror Story' than playing the latest video game. He obsesses over The Hunger Games. He ships Malec. He's perfect.
And Tessa falls for him. Not gracefully, more like a boulder falling from a cliff. All at once.
