Lupine Foreboding

When people thought of how the world would end they never considered it would end with werewolves.
Scientists playing with genetics figured out how to make a toxin that would slowly change the DNA structure inmost, if not all, humans. It would bond their genetic structure to that of a wolf. They think to rule the world with an army of wolves, that is until a terrorist group buys them out and uses the bioweapon against the USA, it slowly starts to work and people begin to change transferring the virus by saliva or blood transference. Simply letting two minor cuts touch would spread it. No one knows that the air itself is what poisons them. Changes them. Or that their boyfriend or girlfriend could be carrying it, passing it on.
And the terrorists on the other side of the world never suspected that the virus would mutate, that their immunity shots would have no effect against it.
