Jasmine Garcia has been Shizuo Heiwajima's best friend even after she moved to America. They communicated by chat rooms. As the years went by she read the rants Shizuo made talking about a guy he met in middle school; Izaya Orihara. Shizuo claimed to hate him and that Izaya hates him too but Jasmine always suspected that there was something more. Now shes back in Ikebukuro with a plan. Will she be able to help them realize the true meaning of their so called "hate"? Who will realize it first? Will they have the courage to ask Jasmine for help to make the other fall for the other?
