Avery Reid is excited to start her sophomore year in high school. She makes a new friend, geeks out about shows, and is living her best life. She's having a blast, until something major happens. Without warning, Avery and Cat get pulled into the world of 'Love Rival.'

It's a supernatural show, in which both humans and witches are being preyed upon. Their attackers are evil monsters that main villain Judith creates. The protagonist, Theodore Atkinson, takes a little too long to discover his main character powers. By the time he saves his peaceful country of Elcrin, almost half of the citizens are passed away.

Avery finds herself years before that event, and meets past Judith. Will she be able to prevent Judith from destroying this world with everyone in it?
