17-year-old Luarette Moreau is a criminal. She's a member of the Crimson Order, and she specializes in negotiating at gun-exchanges. It's a dangerous secret that she keeps, and if anyone finds out, she's done for. Her reputation, her brother's reputation, everything is at risk. 

Now add Xavier Kingston, the complete opposite of Laurette. He is in the Youth Auxiliary Unit, which provide support for CIA agents. He practically lives to catch criminals like Laurette. 

When the two meets, a risky game is initiated, and one with dangerous consequences.
