With the aftermath of the Star Trek Destiny series, Starfleet and the United Federation of Planets are in massive disarray. Starfleet itself has few ships left to defend the tattered fleet, the USS Voyager NCC 74065 herself is badly damaged with only one remaining warp nacelle. The starships USS Enterprise NCC 1701-E, USS Aventine NCC 82602, and USS Titan NCC 80102 are among the few ships still in active service and ready to defend the Federation. The only good news that the Federation can take greatness in is the fact that the Caeliar have erased the Borg from existence from the known universe, all that is left is Caeliar. The Caeliar have begun their new mission of finding and protecting cultures of peace and nonviolence so that perhaps someday in the distant future, the meek really can inherit the universe.
  
  With what Starfleet is hoping will be a new found peace for the entire Alpha, Beta and Gamma Quadrants, also brings about more despair. The past is now in danger of being destroyed. With the destruction of one ship all that was to be never existed. As the old Earth starship NX-02 Columbia gets ready to return to Earth orbit a scourge from the farthest off galaxy makes its move on the Milky Way and the entire Federation and its allies.

Strangely enough when all sci fi's come together it doesn't look well for anyone. Some are better at most things while others are just terrible at it. The UNSC doesn't have the tech as the Protoss does, Star Trek doesn't have the durability as Star Wars does heck some sci fi's make no sense but make sense at the same time. So let's see what happens when ships from multiple sci fi's come together to change another. Who knows they might just balance each other out in a fight against the same enemy. Multiple sci fi's vs multiple sci fi's lets call this sci fi team royale. But the people aren't from those sci fi universes no we got ourselves some more people from discord. Let's see how these people will feel when they have to decide whether to change, help or destroy the original timeline. So it's a bit of a surprise to his old school pash, Vulcan officer Ralph Lanyon, when he turns up onboard... Notes: Basically a Harlequinny novelette, a serialized woman's weekly magazine romance - with added Vulcans. I really feel that there ought to be a special warning for that. In addition to copious amounts of Star Trek and particularly Vulcans, you will also find a lot of Ursula le Guin's Hainish Federation/Cycle, a bit of Firefly and some Left Hand of Darkness. This is a story that doesn't contribute at all the grander story of Zero... A lesser narrative that should have ended up withering away but instead abruptly became a full blown Narrative. Due to the abrupt nature of its appearance, the narrative was not able to completely acclimate to its "main" status internally, this only worsened the narratives Chronicle Structure Foundation (C.S.F), making it develop Chronicle Structure Instability (C.S.I), this caused the narrative to become extremely liable to Chronicle Structure Distortions (C.S.D) which could potentially lead to a Chronicle Structure Collapse (C.S.C). Its Ruin Foundation Value on the Archnarrative is C+ meaning it has a mostly even chance of spelling the destruction of many narratives beyond itself upon its collapse. However, as soon as they land on the ground, the leader of the Ibhe Htua, Pedagogue Tuaste, tells them that they did a good job, but there's a lot to learn before they even have a hope of defeating Zarkon and his evil empire. Grudgingly, they accept her offer to train them. However, a new threat to the universe arises soon after they land on Toumia, one that is completely unrelated to Zarkon and the Galra Empire. One of the many societies on the planet with purple grass has developed a way to help the universe, but the Voltron Team knows that this will do anything but help the universe, and that they must stop it at all costs. Together, the five Paladins make up Voltron, Defender of the Universe. And what do defenders of the universe do? They defend it. * * * The timeline for this fanfiction within seasons 1-2 of VLD are unknown, for reasons that will be clear by the end of this particular fanfiction. As such, the characters will know how to do certain things, and not know other things. Because of this, there will be spoilers for some things but not others, and seeing as this happens somewhere within the spacetime between the episodes of seasons 1 and 2. It's weird. Hang with me, it'll all make sense by chapter sixteen. Maybe fifteen. I haven't written that far out yet. The novel started as a short story that was submitted to a writing contest (didn't win). It is very loosely based upon the Babylon 5 Universe (telepaths, shadows, plethora of different races, etc.). I still continued to think about the story and how it ended without a final resolution (though the story did have an ending, it left a lot of questions about the protagonist). Thanks to the obsession and compulsion I have with writing (it's a blessing and a curse) I decided to continue the story to final resolution. This is it. A race called the Chitoxan came from an unknown area of space and declared war on the races making up the Earth-Alliance. More technically advanced than the races they encounter, the overwhelming power of the shadow vessels results in most battles ending in complete defeat for the Earth-Alliance. Only by massing fire on an individual shadow vessel or, in extremely desperate situations, committing suicide with a ship's reactor overload, can a shadow vessel be defeated. Earth and Earth-alliance colonies are slowly being conquered and occupied by Chitoxa. The humans on these occupied colonies are enslaved and forced to serve the Chitoxan's every need. A young man volunteers for the Space Marines during the Chitoxan war. Upon induction, he discovers that he is 'blessed' with unique abilities. However, these abilities cause his life to be changed drastically and terribly. He is taken away and forced into a never-ending nightmare. After a quick and violent encounter between Earth and Chitoxa, another Earth fleet is beaten and is almost wiped out. The surviving ship gets a lucky shot at an attacking shadow vessel, slicing off one of its appendages. The pain and shock of the loss does something to the human controller of the battle crab....

Transformers Skyfall I: Rising Sun de Canary_X

Almost a decade ago the Allspark was found on Earth. In a bloody battle for its power, many were killed. Among them was Decepticon Second in Command, High Lady Nightress. Since her death, Megatron has done nothing but consume himself with a paranoid rage directed at Optimus Prime. He seeks to destroy the Autobots for what they did and utilises a new weaponised form of war fare. As for the Autobots, their leader's faith continues to wane as the war prolongs. His spark has given up the fight and he fears that there are only dark times ahead. If Optimus cannot be there to save his Autobots from certain death, how will he ever be able to save them from themselves? And finally, former Air Commander Starscream has returned from a seven year long, self-exile after he failed to save the Allspark. His return brings doubt to Megatron's cause and a slow halting of the war. As the future grows narrow and dim, it's clear that both sides are ready to give up. The only thing they have left of Cybertron is themselves. Until a new hope is brought to light in the creation of "EarthSpark" Transformers. Filled with the final strength of his last hope, Optimus plans to preserve what he can and lead the next generation into a peaceful future, while Megatron seeks to corrupt it.
