When Ivan Braginsky started the new year of high school, he didn't expect much different than the usual isolation that came with being a foreigner.

The new classmate, Matthew Williams, doesn't make anything less strange. His pale complexion and cryptic past begin to affect Ivan, but is it really for the worst?
