Regret. Regret. Regret. It's a word that takes many forms. The shoulda, woulda, coulda. The word itself screams, why did (or didn't) I do that? It's a feeling of doing something before thinking it through. In the end it's a learning experience, isn't it?

Carly Houston, the Sergeant for the Los Angeles Police Department, Special Victims Unit, tries not to have many regrets, but like the rest of us, she does. She regrets putting her job above her family. She regrets ignoring her husband. She can't help but regret some of her past criminal cases. Could she have saved more lives? Could she have prevented a bloodthirsty, revenge seeking, killer from escaping?
