No one wants to hear the words "you have cancer." However, the truth is, more and more people hear those words everyday. I heard those words when I was only thirteen years old. I learned that cancer doesn't care how old you are, if you have a family, or if you're healthy. Cancer doesn't care about you or your feelings. I also learned that in some ways, cancer can be a good thing. It can bring you closer to the ones you love and change your perspective on life. "The Good Cancer" is my personal cancer journey. Hot shot is nine years old. He lives with his parents Heatwave and Quickshadow. He is a very active and playful boy. He loves to run, jump, climb, play and do sports. He is very smart and gets good grades in school. He is very kind with a big heart, he is very well behaved too. He is going to be in fourth grade in fall, his birthday is November 28th.
