It was a ring not a knife, it wasn't meant to cut like this. A simple metal loop embodied with a small diamond. The loop was our friendship and the diamond was what made it special. But after it was dropped ,the diamond smashed and the loop cracked and it was ready to break. Would you hold onto a broken ring if it truly meant something to you?
