This world is not like the one we know. People have a battery above their head stating the percentage of life they have left. When Daniel Howell somehow survives a fatal illness at the age of 8 he is left unable to charge his battery. He gets bullied and beaten for his lower battery, sexual preference and worse than awkward personality. But when he learns that his battery doesn't appear on camera or in mirrors he has a bit of fun with it.
