"No, it's not." I denied and he ignored me.
"It's very distracting," he was close, too close, leaning impossibly close until his warm lips touched my earlobe. His spicy wooded smell invading my senses.
"You should leave."
"You don't want that. I can hear you are lying." I looked up into his eyes, and saw his eyes flashing golden for a moment, before they were back to his icy blue irises. He rubbed his nose against my neck, planting a small kiss across my shoulder, making me release a shaky breath. I felt my body burn with anticipation.
