Life can change in the blink  of an eye.
    
         When Lydia Dawson's parents died right after her High School graduation, her whole life changed. Instead of going off to college and experiencing dorm life, she finds herself moving in with her Best Friend, Mae. While she and Mae are counting down the days to the start of term, Lydia is getting acquainted with a new home, a new town and learning to live without her parents.
    
         Every thing is going great until Lydia starts to become uncomfortable around Mae's mom, Rebecca. When Lydia and Mae's relationship becomes strained, the only person Lydia has to turn to is Russ.
    
         Zachary Russell, is fast becoming her saving grace. However, once Lydia reveals her suspicions about her best friend's mom she just might lose everything and everyone she has left.
