You eventually get closer to each other and you find yourself falling in love but, he reveals a dark secret about his past that stuns you for a bit. You get over it and decide that it doesn't matter about his past, it matters what's happening here and now. In the present. As the road carries on, you experience betrayal and heartbreak that leads you to a path that levi might not be able to save you from. Maybe nobody will.
