"Fallen in Love" is a Destiel fanfiction based on the TV series "Supernatural" on The CW. It features the characters Castiel and Dean Winchester mainly, with a few side characters from the series.
This fanfiction is an AU (Alternate Universe) I made in my mind while I was in the process of writing this. The AU: There was a massive war between Heaven and Hell, and now it is on standby. Neither side is winning or losing, Angels and Demons just keep dying. Castiel was a major commander, but Hell got its hands on a powerful spell and he fell from Heaven and lost his memories, the celestial quality of his wings, and his grace. He is now lost and confused. When he landed, he possessed a dying 10-year old boy. One year later, the demons killed his parents and would have killed him if it weren't for an angel named Hannah, who sacrificed herself to protect "baby" Castiel. His "Aunt" then took him in and raised him while the angels watched over. They would have interviened and showed him who he really was if it wasn't for one little roadblock. The spell cast won't allow it unless the angels can produce a counter-spell.
***WARNING! This is a little bit of a spoiler for Chapter One!*** Side Note: Castiel does not know that he is an angel. He doesn't even know they exist. He just knows that he has two feathery appendages hanging off of his back that can be seen by the human eye if not covered up.

Lots of overdoing. Castiel Novak was a 22 years old bass guitarist in a band called "Kings Of Purgatory" with his best friends Dean, Gabe and Benny. The band was gaining popularity and the guys were getting more and more famous everyday; but there was a problem. Cas had been crushing on his fellow band mate for 4 years now. It wasn't THAT bad at first. Yeah, Dean didn't probably didn't share his feelings but he was still there, right next to him, every day; which was more than enough for Cas. Until he, like the flick of a switch, wasn't. Destiel Being Noticed
Castiel Novak comes from a religious family, only having his siblings to turn to since they've never met their mother and their father has abandoned them. Castiels eldest brother Michael (32) has become 'father' of the house, Lucifer (28) has become a drug addict only coming to the family to see if they will help him get his next fix, his sister Anna (26) acts as sort of the mother hen towards everyone, then there is Castiel (18) who happens to be homosexual, and Gabriel (16) the youngest most annoyingly adorable little brother. Home life for Castiel is no better than school life, he is constantly berated for being gay and is only allowed to stay with the family because Anna won't let Michael ditch Castiel and Michael doesn't want to get on gods bad side. Dean Winchester (19) lives with a drunk father and looks our for his younger brother, Sam (16). He has looked out for Sam his whole life, always there to make sure that Sammy is never left alone to get hurt by their fathers drunk anger. All throughout Deans childhood he has looked at girls, has wanted them, yet he sometimes gets these feelings for boys as well. But his father tells him it's wrong, beats him if he even talks about it or does anything with another boy. Dean doesn't know what to think, to listen to his father or to listen to his heart. He's never had his mother by his side, she died and wasn't there to help Dean understand himself. So Dean instead listens to his father and watches out for Sammy. So what will happen when a religious disappointment to his family and an obedient confused son find their paths cross? Will they find love within each other?
