A little about me… my name is Annabeth Chase. Athena, the Greek Goddess, is my mother. My father, however, is mortal, and average joe human. That makes me a demigod, half god, half mortal. That also makes me a target for all things from Hell. And I mean that literally. Except I’ve been dealing with it for most of my life. Nevertheless, we have it tough.
I attend camp Half Blood, a camp for only demigods. And for the millionth time, I’ve found myself being attacked by monsters this week. Usually this is just another “day in the life” for half bloods. But this story is a little more complex than fighting a few monsters. It happened like this…

Now she's only got three days to fix her broken family, learn how to have normal teenage relationships, and tell the truth about her Greek Underworld parent. Let's hope that's enough time.
