"When your best friend leaves you completely at the mercy of good looking young men that you don't even know." He gives me a pity look that was fake. "It's a tragedy, really." Chase didn't recognize me? Had I really changed that much? I didn't think so. Before I can correct him and say that we already know each other, Justin saves the day. "Dude, that's Emma." Justin smacks Chase up the head. "Jeez, really?" Chase takes a closer look at me. "Shit, man. Stop studying her as if she had two heads." Justin pushes Chase to the side. This time, Chase pushes back. "Wow, I never knew she was so hot."
