On a breezy day over the hills of the evergreen Eden, Life asked Death.

"Why does everyone love me...but hate you?" she asked, as she held a dying bird in her hands.

Death looked down and placed a hand over them. He closed his eyes and the second he did the bird's life was taken.

"Because," he replied, as he stood up taking the lifeless bird in his hand, "I am a painful truth and you are a beautiful lie."

With that said he disappeared into thin air, leaving Life alone once again.

Author's Note:

Hey guys! I know most of you read this somewhere. Well, if you did then that is the reason why I am inspired to write this...and that is also probably the reason why I have a really dark interest with death. It's creepy to know what the internet can do to me...and probably you too. Well, please look forward to upcoming chapters.
