I sighed heavily as I scanned the forest. I had heard something or someone to be specific, wandering about. I decided I would leave once I affirmed they weren't a danger. "What are you doing in my land, human?" A deep enchanting voice spoke I sighed once again "I'm not human, just smell like one" I spoke as I turned around to see the most stunning man I have ever seen "Mate" he spoke "Find another female, Lycan" I spat He only growled at me in response. Then you will have no escape from me" he spoke as he backed away I could understand. Lycans, like lion-shifters, were going extinct. Therefore mates were even more important to them. But, even if I understood I still didn't want to be someone's mate. A Destiny 2 fanfiction. Part 1: New Light. When the Traveler arrived, a spherical deity with paracausal powers known as the Light, humanity prospered and thrived. And with the last of the Traveler's strength, it created Ghosts, little mechanical beings to search for deceased people who are capable of wielding the Light as a weapon. Ghosts resurrect these people from the dead and they protect what's left of humanity with their powers. These people are known as Guardians. This story is told from a Ghost's point of view who's Guardian is a trigger happy Hunter. Her Light is strong but her soul defiant. Forged in the Light yet desired by the Darkness. That's when it all changed. Now I own absolutely nothing, some ideas have been altered to fit my story. But I do not own any of the characters except for Selene and any other OC. The guardians are an ancient race that once ruled over Westeros. They were made mainly to protect, keep the peace and later on to defeat the white walkers that posed a huge threat to their country. When the Targaryens had won the Iron Throne, the tables turned on the guardians as all of them were wiped out in a matter of months. Elena Snow always thought that she was the only guardian left. It was when Ned Stark had taken her in to protect his family for the rest of her life that she found out that she was kept alive for a reason, that reason being to protect Robb Stark from the guardian they called the Dark One. So I basically wrote this book because I hate it that Robb died. I decided to add a complete new storyline to it but to also follow the original plotline. Btw, this is somewhat multifandom... Like there are characters such as Steven and Sam, Louis etc. that are from a lot of other fandoms. So expect a lot of references! I do not own the characters in this book, exept for Elena Snow (and a whole lot of others tbh, mainly the guardians). All the rights go to George R. R. Destiny: War Of Sol - Book Five
This story is the fifth in a ten-book series based on the video game franchise, "Destiny," developed by Bungie. The universe of Destiny is a science-fictional setting taking place in the future, where Humanity has been reduced to a singular city on Earth, and must rely on the Guardians, Humans who wield a power known as the Light, to defend them from various alien threats within the Sol system. This saga is NOT intended to be 100% lore accurate, and should be taken as an alternate timeline from the main canon. The primary purpose of this fanfiction is to re-tell the story that takes place in Destiny and its sequel, Destiny 2, but with a twist. The twist being that the playable "Guardian" character, who is known to be a blank-slate one-man-army amongst a roster of developed characters, is instead a team of multiple Guardians who all have their own backstories and personalities. The plot of this saga will follow the plot of the game its based on closely, but not exactly. There are a number of twists such as the main cast, as well as several other plot points, for the sake of originality, as well as to serve as an interesting narrative for those who are aware of Destiny's plot.
