Glenn Hill is a sleepy little suburb that lies on the border between humanity and an Old World ruled by bloodthirsty demons. It has enjoyed centuries of peace under a tenuous treaty. But now, increasing disappearances of border guards and strange wandering beasts are just the first symptoms of a greater unrest.

The end of the disappearances coincides with the appearance of a strange girl, who has no memory of herself save for a mysterious tattoo on her left hand. She is followed by an awkward boy who prefers sarcasm over weaponry, and yet seemingly brings death everywhere with him.

Just as they assimilate to the everyday pressures of high school and suburbia, elite hunters come calling from the Old Realm.
