Julie Morris is just a normal girl. She goes to school, plays guitar, and hangs with her friends. One day that all changes. Her parents and sister are killed in front of her eyes but to everyone's disbelief she lives. She gets sent to a mental asylum in the local hospital and to her disbelief has to share a room with the most insane patient in the hospital. Can she survive the hospital with her sanity and better yet her heart?

They are expected to be kept safe and well looked after during their stay until one day; a set of killer twins, a war veteran and a man who claims to see fictional characters begins their life within the institution dubbed as Saint Crazies. Saint Pinnington's, a hospital where only the loved survive. TRIGGER WARNING: this story involves detailed graphic murders and forced miscarriage.
