Adeline Mae Williams was the shy girl at the back of the class that no one talked to. Friends were something she wished for but could never have because her anxiety and low self esteem got in the way. She never even tried to look presentable. Her poker straight blonde hair was always in a messy bun and she didn't bother to apply makeup around her bluish-grey eyes. Most mornings she would carelessly throw on what ever she could find. All that mattered was getting into a good college, well, that is until a new guy walks into English on her first day of senior year.
Elliot Wyatt Jackson has just entered a new school in order to escape his past. Adeline finds his mysterious character intriguing and along the way Elliot takes an interest in her. Things start to unravel, but is it for better or for worse? Will Adeline let him in or go back to being the quiet girl know one cared about because after all being invisible is her specialty.

Hide who you are so they can't see your vulnerable side. Hide your beauty so you know how they act when you have flaws. "I hate it!" I hate this so much. I get up everyday, and it's the same nonsense. I go through it all. Wake up, go to the hell hole. Get bullied, cry. And come home wishing I could show them who I really am. What I really look like. Azeline is a 16 year old girl in highschool. Junior (11th grade) She has some not so great drinking habits, and loves pushing people away and avoiding problems. Still to her dismay, people are still drawn to her. She has he best friend Sloane, bringer or chaos and good times. The school counselor, chasing her down, clearly seeing red flags. Logan, another guy in her grade, burrying himself into her life, determined to figure out what makes her tick. All whilst there is Elias, watching it all unfold like a puzzle to solve.
