Adeline Mae Williams was the shy girl at the back of the class that no one talked to. Friends were something she wished for but could never have because her anxiety and low self esteem got in the way. She never even tried to look presentable. Her poker straight blonde hair was always in a messy bun and she didn't bother to apply makeup around her bluish-grey eyes. Most mornings she would carelessly throw on what ever she could find. All that mattered was getting into a good college, well, that is until a new guy walks into English on her first day of senior year.
Elliot Wyatt Jackson has just entered a new school in order to escape his past. Adeline finds his mysterious character intriguing and along the way Elliot takes an interest in her. Things start to unravel, but is it for better or for worse? Will Adeline let him in or go back to being the quiet girl know one cared about because after all being invisible is her specialty.
