Everyday for the past two years, ever since she married her husband Alex when she was 23, Christine has gone through the same routine. Wake up, make him breakfast, clean the house, make him dinner, then their usual nightly routine of extremely boring sex. She has just about had it with him and the rest of small town Taylor, Mississippi, when some old friends from high school invite her to spend the year with them in New York City. Packing up her entire life and leaving is almost painfully easy. The hard part is finding herself, where no one knows her name.
