when siena turner is forced to move across the ocean with her family to asheville, north carolina, she hated it before she even arrived. after a half a year she convinces her parents to buy her a plane ticket back to visit her aunt in oxford, england, where she used to call home.

when a mix up of signs at the airport puts her on a plane headed to venice, italy, she is more than unhappy. but when she finds out a dark haired boy is in the exact complicated situation as her, things dont seem so bad.

siena's outgoing personality and her new friend mason's love for coffee fit perfectly together and soon they find themselves exploring italy while trying to find their way back home. somehow the unplanned trip turns into a suprise vacation and adventure around the world where the two lost teenagers learn more about eachother and the earth they live on than they had ever planned before stepping on that plane.
