Kris, like in every cliche Disney movie, is the new girl in school. There's the rich snob that hates her guts, drop dead sexy athlete that instantly falls in love with her, and a double crossing "friend" that gets too close for comfort. Kris wants to be somebody, in which her goal is to not be over-run by the popular kids. At the Halloween Dance, the biggest school event, she hits it off really well with the football quarterback, Jake. But this isn't your average high school Cinderella story...

When Kris goes too far and breaks curfew, deciding to go to a rich kids after party, she makes some bad decision landing herself in jail, getting grounded, blackmailed, and humiliated. Overwhelmed by the peer pressure, Kris decides coming to this school was a mistake. Will she finish out the year, or drop and move back to where she came from?
