For her 7th Birthday, Jamie makes a wish. You know, kid stuff, not really gonna come true, right? Wrong. Jamie's wish comes true in a terrible way.

As her mother lit the candles, everyone began singing.

"Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to Jamie! Happy Birthday to you!"

Jamie squeezed her eyes shut and made her wish. 'I wish I could be seven forever.' Jamie opened her eyes and blew all her candles out with one big breath. Everyone cheered. Jamie was officially seven years old!

After an accident the spirit of a young man struggles to adjust, enter a handsome young man, and his world is turned upside down even more. The car screeched to a halt as the body flew over the bonnet, slamming to the ground in a sickening thud, the head slamming into the concrete and cracking upon impact. Warm red blood seeped onto the floor as the mouth gasped for breath, a bone sticking out of the chest of the young man on the ground. He gasped for air, his eyes blurred and fighting to stay open. The driver of the vehicle rushed to his side, she bent down and gasped at the sight of blood under the young man's head. Standing back up she backed up to her car, climbed in and drove away at speed, not caring about getting him help...feet ran towards the young man, and voices where heard talking to the emergency services. Hands felt his body all over, trying to offer comfort, but he could feel his life ebbing away.

“ I have been nothing but good to you for the past two years!” I yell into my cell phone. I’m so angry and frustrated that my knuckles turn white from holding onto the steering wheel so tight. “And you know what Gary, I’m soooo done being with you, we’re through!” Then before giving him a chance to reply I hang up. I know that if I listen to him and his smooth talking I might just fall for his prince charming attitude, again. “uggh!” I screech into the empty SUV. The rain was coming down harder than when I left the party, making it hard to see through the pitch black. I knew I shouldn’t be driving so fast in such weather and it being a deserted road didn’t help. I look down to see that I’m going 50 miles per hour on a 25 miles per hour road. But before I could do anything about the speed, I see that dark figure that changes my life forever. It was standing in the middle of the road, facing my car not looking like it’s going to move. Not wanting to hit it I swirl out of the way but lose control on the slippery road. I desperately try to take control of the vehicle, knowing I can’t, I cry out as it hits a tree and the world goes dark. Alexander Miles lived a perfect life, full of good grades and wild parties. --So much on this earth is a miracle. But we fail to see them -- Two friends. One ceremony. One terrible accident. When Jade ended up with something life changing, she thought everything was over for her. And maybe it was. Someone can light a small flame of hope in everyone of us. I had to write this for a school project and my friend said it was pretty good, so now I'm just "Jesus take the wheel" I got inspired by Disney's "Encanto", but the storyline and the characters are made by me.
