A young teen dying from a rare heart disease, Octobus Berry has only one chance of living and that's receiving a new heart. The only problem is his new heart is coming from a recent death row prisoner who was found guilty of mass murder. After receiving his new heart, Octubus felt strange. He begin hearing voices, seeing horrible visions and a strange interest in death that he could not hold in.
Could a heart be capable of these mental defects, or is it all in his head?
