Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Shattered Bonds

Years after the presidency of Jonathan Joestar Jr. stands have become accepted by the government. In an attempt to stop stand users from hurting civilians, they have created prison-like buildings to keep them in. But only law abiding citizens allow themselves to be trapped, and soon an army of evil stand users begins to build.
Zeke Allen, a man that represents the stand research branch of the Speedwagon Foundation, must find a way to free a descendant of the Joestar family from one of these establishments. With the help of a Joestar, they just might stand a chance against the invading armies of evil.
