Long ago, dragons coexistent with the magic world peacefully but when people from the magic world found out that dragon’s blood give them an extra life force of 100 years, they began hunting them down. Now, centuries has passed and dragons are almost considered extinct but you will never know how many of them still lived. The organization “Kira” has been formed especially for hunting down dragons and the members who kill them are called dragon slayers. Dragons who still lived avoided them as best as they could. 
Meet Noel, an ice dragon who parents were brutally murdered by dragon slayers when she was 10 years old. 6 years passed and Noel is now staying with her Aunt. She’s attending her first year in Star Academy where all magical beings attend to study magic- with vengeance in mind.Dominio público
