N. RedVires Avenue , the street that surrounds the River. It's forbidden to cross at night, but what could happen at a river? Pathetic, really. The old legend was probably just a tale to tell to scare us as 8 year-olds. Then again.. crossing the street to the River might not be the best idea.. who knows what could happen at night?
