The world is full of many fantasy creatures and places, but the world is dominated with a war. Not a physical one but social, economical, and cultural war. The conflict between magic and engineering and mechanics and their influence on the world and its people. One creation of the two was called Project Nesura, a body regeneration project that succeeded, but the creature went out of control killing the scientist. The creature took the name of the project. Nesura, then went into hiding and learned all it could about engineering and mechanics then went into the city and opened a shop to cover from any hunters or researchers out looking for him.
